Our last group work day for our "6th year" will be Tuesday, October 23rd, 9:00am –11:00am. It's never too late to join other volunteers from area parishes to help maintain their beautiful grounds and plant and harvest fresh vegetables in their 21 raised beds. These vegetables are enjoyed by the women and children who are living at LifeHouse. This month we will finish up clearing out brush, preparing the vegetable beds for winter, and cutting back peonies and day-lilies. Next year we will have our 1st work day on Tuesday, March 26th, 9:00am–11:00am. Information: Jana Hukriede, 417.831.3240.
